Question: How long does it take for orders to arrive?
Answer: 15-25 days* (excluding our 2-business day handling time) on average but in rare cases where in the carrier messes up during transit, it could take longer than that.

(However, *PLEASE* make sure your shipping address information is entirely correct to ensure a faster, safer delivery!)

Q: Will I get a tracking number for my order/s?
A: Definitely! Using shipping methods that can be tracked is very important to us since aside from you being able to check the status of your package, it's also a way to protect our business from scammers.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Unfortunately, once an order has been processed we cannot accept cancellations. If you want to return an item then please refer to our return policy for more information.

Q: Will I be able to return the item and get a refund if I'm not satisfied with the design or quality?
A: Yes, as long as it is well within 14 days after receiving your order. BUT please don't forget that you will have to pay for the return shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee for items worth $30 and above.

Q: What if I received a defective item?
A: If a product received has manufacturing defects, buyers are entitled to request a product replacement within 14 days of receiving the item. If the case is deemed valid (images/video should be provided), we will cover related costs to deliver a replacement.

Q: How secured is my credit card and other sensitive information that I use to purchase in your website?
A: Very Secured because we only use the best payment processors in the industry which is Stripe and Paypal.

Q: Do you guys have wholesale pricing?
A: Yes we do. Just drop us a message so that we can talk about it.
